2. Health and Wellness Data

The Gaur Prem Aashray app includes features that collect and process health and wellness-related data as defined under Google Play's User Data policy. Specifically, the app may collect:

• Sadhana (spiritual practice) records — daily logs of devotional activities such as japa (mantra chanting) round counts, wake-up times, mangala-arati attendance, reading sessions, and other regulated spiritual practices you choose to track.
• Habit and routine data — information about your daily schedule and regularity of spiritual practices, which may reflect personal lifestyle and wellness habits.
• Reminders and goals — targets or thresholds you set within the app related to your practice schedule or daily routine.

This health and wellness data is used exclusively to:

• Display your personal sadhana records and progress history within the app.
• Enable community features where you choose to share progress with mentors or group administrators (only when you opt in to such features).
• Send reminders and notifications related to your practice schedule (only when you enable notifications).

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Create and manage user accounts and profiles.
• Provide the devotional, community, guidance, and reminder features of the app.
• Maintain user progress, spiritual activity records, and personalized experiences.
• Send service-related communications, reminders, updates, or support responses.
• Protect the app, prevent misuse, resolve technical issues, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only in the limited situations below:

• With service providers or infrastructure partners who help us host, secure, maintain, or support the app and who are required to protect the information appropriately.

You may delete your account through either of the following self-service options:

• In the app: Navigate to Edit Profile and select Delete Account Permanently.
• On the web: Visit https://gaurpremaashray.co.in/delete-account and verify your identity via a one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered email address.

Both options will immediately and permanently remove your account and all associated sadhana data.

If you would like to correct or update your personal information, or need assistance with account deletion, contact us at info@gaurpremaashray.co.in. We will review the request and delete or anonymize information when reasonably possible, unless we are required to keep certain data for legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, or recordkeeping purposes.

7. Children's Privacy

If the app is made available to children under the age of 13, personal information from such users should be provided only by or with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and only as permitted by applicable law and platform policy. If you believe that a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, please contact us so we can review the issue and take appropriate action.
